Separate contract will be sent upon request If an LSV cart is desired their are several local rental companies (OBX Beach Buggies, Ocean Atlantic Rentals, Zoom Around, and others) *** Duck is LSV (street legal) and golf cart friendly. LSVs may be driven throughout the village of Duck, including on Route 12, in all areas where the speed limit is 35 mph or less. Golf carts may be driven in the neighborhoods and side roads throughout Duck, but may not be driven on Route 12 outside of Duck Village. Golf carts may not go across Route 12 outside of Duck Village. We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. Should you bring pets without obtaining prior permission from the host, there will be a $400 infraction fee, and your stay will be subject to cancellation with no refund and an expedited cancellation.

 Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside of the home. If you smoke outside the home, please clean up after.

For the safety and tranquility of our guests and neighbors, we strictly prohibit third-party bookings. The person making the reservation must be the one staying at the property.
