We had an absolutely amazing time! The home is perfectly located right on the resort, which made everything so convenient and enjoyable. The amenities were wonderful — we only wish we had more time to experience them all. The host was fantastic, and the home itself was incredibly comfortable and welcoming. We would definitely stay again!

The townhouse was great, very comfortable. it was homey and we really enjoyed. Sadly we didn't get a chance to enjoy the hottub and deck amenities available this time, but next time we will definetly jump in! would recommend. very close to the ski slopes and tubing area. Doordash arrives in about 40min on average too.

Loved the Host! Katy is the best host that I have ever had. Responded immediately to any question that I had about the property. The property itself was clean and well stocked. You pretty much don't need to bring anything! Even had a welcome basket for us with some goodies (coozies/water/granola bars). Katy thought of everything. I cannot say enough about this unit and Katy. Very clean and spacious. Lots of balconies too! I will be coming back another day in the future -- when it's warmer -- so that I can enjoy all the amenities that the unit has to offer (pools/hot tub/workout room, etc.). Loved everything. Nothing not to like :)

Having been to the OBX many times over the last 20 years, this was one of our favorite locations! Katy was so responsive and welcoming, which we really appreciated. Upon arriving, there was a basket stocked with snacks, water and coffee cups. We thought this was a really nice gesture after a long road trip. There were many restaurants, attractions and markets that were super close. The condo unit itself was clean and updated and right on the beach. We stayed over Thanksgiving but got really lucky with amazing weather (70s!) a couple days so got to enjoy nice, long walks on the beach. It was perfect. Our kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub too. Would definitely stay at this place again!!

I like how it was convenient to everything. I liked how it was updated and well taken care of. I didn't like how it was not beachfront. I didn't like how the were putting a roof on the place next door. I didn't like how are room and the balcony on had the building next door.

We had the best stay with our dog and our toddler! The place was spotless and equipped with everything we needed (even a baby gate for the stairs), and being able to walk right out to the beach was amazing. The pool area was also very nice with a splash pad perfect for young kids. While not super walkable, there were a ton of great restaurants just a short drive away, and parking was easy. Would definitely stay again!

We loved the location, decor of the house, screened in porch, top deck, and that the home was equipped with everything that one could possibly need. ....that we couldn't stay longer due to having to go back to work,lol.

This was an amazing getaway for friends. The house, beach, and neighborhood were beautiful! It was amazing to have access to a pool, hot tub, and beach toys. Would 100% recommend bringing your friends or family on a trip here to enjoy the Outer Banks!

Just a short walk from the beach and great restaurants within walking distance as well. Perfectly situated between all the things you’d want to drive to. Gets great natural light on sunny days and very spacious for larger groups. Would highly recommend!
